Customer service was poor. Immediate area was mediocre but the apartment was good.

The apartment was large and airy.

We could get entry to the Apartment at 1600hrs and this was discussed with Sarra. We wanted to get access at 1600hrs, as we were arriving by train with suitcases, on a very warm day. She keep us waiting, in the heat until 1700hrs. Not impressed. The only thing within the immediate area was an Irish pub, which was quite OK. Gaining entry into the building was extremely difficult for not only us, but the full time residents as well. The key didn't appear to fit, but after 5 minutes of jigging around, we got in. This happened on nearly every occasion. Not much in the immediate area.

Convenient well equipped place

Great location, quiet but close to the town (10 mins walk). Kitchen and apartment had everything we needed other than a clothes airer and a plug for the kitchen sink. We didnt use the onsite parking because our rental car was an SUV but were usually able to get street parking easily nearby. We would stay here again if we visited Rennes.

Only 1 toilet but 2 bathrooms.

Everything was wonderful, lots of space, clean and modern.

Free car space only accommodates a small car only. We had a medium size car and could not park it inside.

Very nice and sunny flat, perfectly situated next to a park. Does not gave a bathtub but ideal for children otherwise with nice outside space for parents to have a nice drink facing the park.
