Cocoonr agency offers this charming 85 m² house with wifi (fibre optics) in Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande to rent for up to 6 people. It has a lovely 16 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 150 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises
- A 16 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms with 3 double beds (140×190)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- A beautiful 150 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
