Super little flat!

The apartment was bright, modern and beautifully clean. Even with all the traffic outside it was very quiet. Nice view from the balcony, sitting with a glass of wine watching the trees and the world go by. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower. Great to have coffee provided! Super little flat for a short stay!

Location, facilities, comfortable

I booked 2 rooms with booking.com, but the property treated as 2 separate reservations, and they kept emailing me twice on every aspect despite my sending clarification emails. We even had one room with self check in and the other with a host. This was all very annoying.

Very cosy & cute - well located - you have all you need for your stay ( maybe some normal glasses could be added) . I absolutely love the place .

Apartment with no proper heating in December's cold temperature.

Clean apartment, good location.

We knew there wasn't free parking but the rental company gave us information re parking that would cost €25 per day. We found a car park about 5 minutes walk away that cost 40 cent per hour. Our entire stay cost €20 for parking. The heating did not work properly for the duration of our stay. The electric radiator in the bathroom came on for about 1 hour per day and not when we wanted to shower in the morning so two days of showers in a very cold bathroom. The apartment heating system was a central air system and it did not work properly. After two days of complaints we were brought a fan heater, an apology that the apartment was new and they didn't know the heating system was not suitable for December weather, and the bathroom radiator was timed to come on for longer intervals during the day. Very expensive for what it is. We wouldn't stay here again.

L’escalier. Il n’était présicer nul part que le logement n’était accessible qu’en escalier. En plus il n’est pas couvert.

esta en una zona tranquila a 15 minutos andando del centro de Rennes, enfrente tiene un supermercado. Estaba muy bien equipada la cocina aunque casi no la usamos. Nevera grande. todo muy funcional y amplio, sofa muy comodo. tiene una terraza muy amplia. El horno es a la vez air frier y microondas.

la ropa de cama de uno de los dormitorios tenia mucho olor a humedad.

Appartement très fonctionnel, agencé et décoré avec goût. Accueil et propreté impeccables. Très calme, bien insonorisé avec système de climatisation. Parfaitement situé pour rejoindre le centre ville à pieds, gare également accessible à pieds, supérette juste en face.

L accueil et les conseils de Ferhat. L emplacement et les équipements , le logement est bien isolé alors qu il est sur un boulevard . C est top. Merci d avoir laissé à dispo sel poivre huile vinaigre c est vraiment top quand on est là pour de courts séjours .

L’emplacement très proche du centre ville et en face d’un arrêt de bus. L’appartement est quasi neuf et très propre. L’accueil était très bien.

Pati viešnagė buvo jauki ir vieta tikrai gera, bet, deja, buvo keletas labai nemalonių dalykų. Atvykus radome suplėšytą pagalvės užvalkalą, kuris per visą viešnagės laikotarpį taip ir nebuvo pakeistas. Taip pat trūko elementariausių dalykų – nebuvo tualetinio popieriaus, tik keli likučiai. Labiausiai nuvylė tai, kad buvo pasisavintas depozitas dėl pažeidimo mikrobangų krosnelėje – pasak jų, joje atsirado skylė, bet mes šios krosnelės apskritai nenaudojome. Labai gaila, kad tokie dalykai nebuvo patikrinti nei prieš mūsų atvykimą, nei po. Rekomenduoju šeimininkams skirti daugiau dėmesio būsto priežiūrai ir aiškumui dėl atsakomybės.
