Le Patio de la Gare

広くて、明るい部屋だった。台所と食事場所とは寝室が別室なので、ソファーに座って寛げる。必要な物は概ね揃えてあった。熱波で高熱の異常気象の中、要望したら急遽、扇風機を準備してくれた。 スーパーマーケットも近く、食材購入に便利。　歩いて10分未満のSNFC駅にも近く、サンマロなど近郊観光に出かけるのに、とても好都合だ。

見える部分は掃除しているみたいだが、全体的に部屋のゴミ掃除などの手入れが不十分。特に、ベランダは掃除しているとは全く思えない。カトラリー類も洗い方が雑で、コップ類はくすんでいた。残念ながら、私たちが要求するレベルに達していない。使う前に洗い直しが必要だった。 以前の宿泊者が騒ぐなどで迷惑をかけたのか、廊下ですれ違ったAPの住人に挨拶を無視された。このような体験は初めてなので、とても悲しかった。

Location could not have been more convenient - excellent. Minor problem with washing machine dealt with by agents very efficiently and effectively.

The microwave is positioned rather high and not easy to see to operate it. Malicious damage to the lock-box caused small temporary set-back on leaving (but dealt with efficiently by telephone).

La ubicación , el tamaño e instalaciones

This 1 bedroom apartment is spacious and, as everyone says, it’s very close to the train station. But being close to the train means it’s a long way from the city centre if you want to walk to see places (otherwise, you have to use the metro).

The balcony urgently needs attention; it is dirty with mould on the walls and floor. At the very least, it needs sweeping (but there’s no broom). The oven can’t be used because all the instructions have worn off the panel. The clothes rack (if you don’t want to use the inbuilt dryer) is broken and you need to place it top of the stools to use. There’s a plastic cover under the sheet which is unpleasant to sleep on in the hot weather.
