Cocoonr agency offers you to rent, in Rennes, this modern flat located in a stone's throw from the city centre. Located on the 2ᵉ floor, with a surface area of 42 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it consists of a fitted kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, and the beds are made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.
- A lounge with sofabed, armchairs, coffee table and TV
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, etc.
You'll be able to take advantage of the lively atmosphere and joie de vivre in the neighbourhood. You're close to all amenities, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants within 100 metres and the town centre a 5-minute walk away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public pay car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Rennes train station, about 12 minutes' walk (850 m)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 21 minutes by car (12.1 km).
- There is a bus stop 150 metres from the building.
- You can also choose to travel by metro to the république stop 10 minutes away.
Other remarks:
- This flat is equipped with wifi connection
- A cot can be provided on request.
- Pets are not allowed in the flat.
- Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate supplement.
