Cocoonr is offering this cosy flat in Rennes for rent, situated near Thabor Park. Warm and bright, this property is the perfect base for a stay for two, three or four people!
Hotel-quality 4/5-star bed linen and towels are provided, along with tea towels, bath mats and a selection of complimentary toiletries. The beds will be made on your arrival: all you’ll need to do is unpack your bags and enjoy your stay. Free Wi-Fi is available – we’re just waiting for you.
This first-floor flat (no lift) is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a television, a three-seater sofa, an armchair and a folding table, perfect for a comfortable meal for four.
- A fully fitted kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, small electrical appliances… as well as a side table for enjoying breakfast.
- A bathroom with a rain shower, hairdryer and mirror (separate toilet).
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190), a walk-in wardrobe, desks and manual roller shutters.
Ideally situated in a very pleasant neighbourhood close to all the local shops (bakery, mini-market, etc.), this accommodation offers quick access to Place Hoche, the historic Rue Sainte-Melaine and Thabor Park. You can reach the city centre in 20 minutes on foot.
Transport:
- The nearest bus stop (Musset Cité U) is just a short walk away and will take you to the city centre in 15 minutes.
- You can reach the railway station either by taking the C1 bus, which takes 35 minutes (the stop is less than a 10-minute walk from the “Guéhenno” accommodation), or by walking 20 minutes to the Sainte-Anne metro station, from where the journey takes 25 minutes.
- You can reach the airport by taking the C1 bus and then changing to the 57 bus at the “La Criée” stop. The journey takes 50 minutes.

Le Sévigné "🙂 The place was clean. And very quiet. Easy access to public transport.
🙁 Please provide more bedding and towels. So guest can change bedding when the need arises. Also we need more pillows on the bed."
