About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this flat for rent in Rennes. It is situated in the city centre, on Rue Saint Hélier, just a stone’s throw from the railway station.
Located on the first floor of a 1950s block of flats, with a floor area of 67 m² and sleeping up to 4 guests, it comprises a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with the beds made up for your arrival. We’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A sitting area with a double sofa bed, coffee table and TV
- A dining area with a table and chairs
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker…
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: dishwasher, hairdryer, fan, washing machine...
The flat is ideally situated in Rennes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public pay-and-display car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Rennes railway station, about a 7-minute walk (500 m)
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, about a 20-minute drive (7.4 km)
Flexible check-in for your convenience: You can choose to be welcomed in person by the Cocoonr team – the agency specialising in ‘move-in-ready’ rentals – or opt for a self-check-in. In both cases, you can access the accommodation from 4.00 pm. If you choose a self-check-in, please note that the keys are kept in a secure location protected by a code, situated 600 metres from the property – approximately an 8-minute walk.

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Cleaning is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel-quality bed linen provided, with the beds made up on your arrival.
- Out of respect for the neighbours, parties are not permitted in this property; thank you for your understanding.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A fixed surcharge may be applied

Moka Great refurbished 1st floor apparment very well supplied and at only 200m from train/subwa station. You may walk downtown easily.

Moka Really great spot with enough cafes close by, and walking distance to a lot of shops. The apartment was incredibly quiet, and very spacious! The single beds are definitely on the smaller side but that was no issue for us. The communication for check in was amazing as my flight was delayed and they were able to accomodate me. Highly recommend!
