Ideally located, close to all transport (bus and metro) and amenities (shops, restaurants, bars ...). Recently renovated and nicely decorated, perfectly equipped for a pleasant stay.
The apartment has a large living room equipped with a flat screen TV and a WIFI (very high speed fiber optic) internet connection.
The kitchen is fitted and equipped (oven, induction hob, fridge, dishes, coffee machine ...). A space is designed for lunch or dinner directly in the kitchen.
The cozy bathroom is equipped with a large shower with a WC area.
All household linen is provided (bath sheets, bed linen, tea towels ...)
From the SNCF train station, the accommodation is 2 minutes' walk away.

Close to Gare Rennes. Hosts helpful and attentive. At late arrival from Rolling Strikes across Train Network it was bliss to walk down the road into building. 2 Elevators. Spacious and light, attractively furnished apartment was comfortable. Washer/Dryer was fast and easy. Iron and Board too. Large bathroom with big shower. Compact functional kitchen. TV and Wifi excellent. The little bedroom balcony enabled fresh cooling air in to apartment. Good storage. We easily travelled to little towns nearby by train and Bus. Recommend Dinard by bus from Rennes. Rennes has some love old architecture and Churches which are easily accessed on foot from the Apartment. There was a U Epicerie close for groceries. Unbeatable location.

Liked how close the metro was
Not a lot of restaurants though but still a very nice place
Also the hot water in the shower would not stay hot consistently

This one-bedroom apartment was a great choice for our short stay in Rennes. It was very clean, and it even has a full, U.S.-sized shower! Such a nice change after having to squeeze into showers in so many hotels and rentals in Europe.
