Cocoonr is offering this lovely flat for rent in Rennes, situated right in the heart of the historic centre, just 20 metres from the Place du Parlement de Bretagne. It is on the ground floor, has a floor area of 32 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a fully-fitted kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a bedroom and a shower room. The Toucan has a very warm and cosy atmosphere: attractive furniture, exposed beams and houseplants lend this flat an exotic charm. Four-star hotel-quality bed linen is provided, with the beds made up for your arrival. We’re just waiting for you!

- A fully fitted kitchen including: a Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, hob, microwave and fridge...

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The flat is ideally situated in Rennes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and more…

Le Toucan "Beautiful apartment with lots of space. Friendly people who communicated well for key handover.
🙂 The location was perfect right in the center, the apartment was large and had everything. The space seemed thoughtful and well laid out. We had everthing we needed for our stay.
🙁 Can’t think of anything. The toilet has a very hard time flushing but that’s all."

Le Toucan "Great location and quaint apartment in the centre of old Rennes.
🙂 Location is fantastic - so close to everything in the old part of town and all the attractions. We travelled as a family of 3. The apartment had everything you need for a short or longer term stay, including a washing machine. It is an old building so things are old, however the owners have done some renovations. Ground floor apartment. We were welcomed by a host who showed us where everything was. Street parking is available (payment). Would recommend.
🙁 Some minor issues with leaking under bathroom sink and poor flushing which can be readily fixed by owners. Would be a bit tight for 4 adults for an extended period. Overall nothing to complain about - it was good and we have stayed in a lot of accommodations whilst touring around France!"
