Cocoonr agency offers this flat for rent in Rennes, located in Rennes city centre, rue Saint Hélier, a stone's throw from the train station. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor of a 1950s building, with a surface area of 67 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it comprises a lounge, dining area, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

- A sitting area with double sofa bed, coffee table and TV
- Dining area with table and chairs
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, etc.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds
- Shower room with WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: dishwasher, hairdryer, fan, washing machine, etc.
The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
