Lage gut, aber zwei sehr laute Bars in direkter Nähe. Einrichtung stimmig. In der Küche alles vorhanden.
Sehr schmaler Zugang, keine Möglichkeit draußen zu sein oder wegen der Lautstärke Fenster zu öffnen. Duschen nicht optimal. Geht besser für den Preis.

La decoration et l emplacement sont formidable.
La rue est tres bruyante et il n y a pas de double vitrage : je n ai pas bien dormi au debut mais je m y suis habituée. Attention 1 seul animal de compagnie autorisé et ce n est pas très bien indiqué dans l annonce. Il est impossible de demander le remboursement si vous vous en rendez compte trop tard. Bien dommage...
