About this apartment rental
We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Rennes, near the centre town, this new, modern, luminous and air-conditioned flat with wifi (optical fibre), of a surface of 57 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30m², a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with double sinks (with Italian shower and rainshower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with TV
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (160×200)
- One bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200)
- A bathroom with Italian shower
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A balcony, a terrace of 26 m² to enjoy the beautiful days
On the ground floor of the residence, you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a bicycle garage.
Please note Access to the flat is by stairs. Please take this information into account if you have heavy luggage, or if you are a disabled or elderly person.
The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market:
Carrefour City in front of the building, Intermarché at 150 meters, the bar Le hibou and the restaurant BRETONE.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the building (paying parking).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Rennes train station (2 km)
- Nearest airport: Saint-Jacques-De-La-Lande (7.5 km)

Batz "Everything was perfect! Just in front of the place was the bust station that can take you straight to the city centre and also a supermarket. The place was clean and same as the photo and description they provide.
The only suggestion from me was maybe can add a curtain in a window next to the dining table. Since it’s a big window and at night if we turn on the lamp, people can see inside.
But other than that, I really recommend this place for your stay at Rennes!"
