About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this brand-new, modern, bright and air-conditioned flat for rent in Rennes, right next to the city centre. It features Wi-Fi (fibre optic), has a floor area of 57 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with twin washbasins (featuring a walk-in shower and rain shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises the following:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and a Nespresso pod coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (160×200)
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200)
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Separate toilet
Outside:
- A balcony and a 26 m² terrace to enjoy the sunny days
On the ground floor of the block, you’ll find a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a bicycle storage area.
Important: Access to the flat is via stairs. Please bear this in mind if you have heavy luggage, or if you have reduced mobility or are elderly.
The flat is ideally situated in Rennes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market:
Carrefour City opposite the block, Intermarché 150 metres away, Le Hibou bar and the BRETONE restaurant.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park opposite the building (paid parking).

- Nearest airport: Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande (7.5 km)

Batz "Everything was perfect! Just in front of the place was the bust station that can take you straight to the city centre and also a supermarket. The place was clean and same as the photo and description they provide.
The only suggestion from me was maybe can add a curtain in a window next to the dining table. Since it’s a big window and at night if we turn on the lamp, people can see inside.
But other than that, I really recommend this place for your stay at Rennes!"
