- Open and equipped kitchen: microwave, oven, hob, sink, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.

- Public transport: The Jacques-Cartier metro stop (line A) is 900m away (12 min walk) you will also find bus lines 12 and C3, the Clemenceau metro stop is 900m away ( 12 min walk).
- Nearest station: Rennes train and bus station 1.3km (18 min on foot) and 2.4km (9 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport 6.9 km (16 min by car), Nantes airport 114 km (1h20 by car).
Other remarks:
- For long-term bookings, please note that the owners may occasionally stay for a few days in their outbuilding, located in the extension of the house.
- This apartment is equipped with wifi connection
- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared upon your arrival.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person responsible for reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
