About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, fully equipped and light-filled 1930s-style house for rent in Rennes. With a floor area of 90 m², ‘Corneille’ can accommodate up to 4 guests for a business trip or a holiday in Rennes. Ideal for a couple, a business trip or a family of four, you’ll particularly appreciate its location in the quiet, residential neighbourhood of ‘Sainte Thérèse’, situated south of Rennes railway station, as well as its comfort and tranquillity.
The house is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A lovely, light-filled living room with a sofa, TV and dining area.
- Open-plan, fully fitted kitchen: microwave, oven, hob, sink, fridge, filter coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle…
- Separate toilet
- Terrace
First floor:
- A mezzanine area with a sofa
- 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x190)
- A bathroom with a bath/shower and washbasin
- Separate toilet
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free on the street.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Public transport: The Jacques-Cartier metro station (line A) is 900m away (a 12-minute walk); you’ll also find bus routes 12 and C3 there. The Clemenceau metro station is 900m away (a 12-minute walk).
- Nearest station: Rennes rail and coach station, 1.3 km (18 mins’ walk) and 2.4 km (9 mins’ drive) away
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, 6.9 km away (16 minutes’ drive); Nantes Airport, 114 km away (1 hour 20 minutes’ drive).

Corneille Our family loved staying here in Rennes. It’s in a quiet area and the house is very roomy and had everything we needed. The outside area was especially nice to have. We would love to stay here again.
