About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Rennes, this pleasant, fully equipped apartment and located between Thabor park and Rennes station. Positioned on the 3rd floor (with elevator) and having an area of 90 m², Eden can accommodate up to 6 travelers for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes. Ideal for a group of friends, a business trip with colleagues or a family of 6 people, you will particularly appreciate its location, comfort and calm.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- upon entering, a corridor with cupboards and separate WC (at the end of the corridor)
- to your left, a bedroom with two single beds and a cupboard, giving access to the apartment's long balcony.
- to your right, a large bathroom with dryer, washing machine and hairdryer.
- further on the left, a large living room with lounge, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, hotplates, etc.). This room opens onto the long balcony and the small garden furniture.
- opposite the living room, a bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a private balcony.
- at the end of the corridor, on the right, a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200), private bathroom and cupboard.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, private parking (box) is available. Please note that this parking lot is for standard sized cars only. Larger vehicles (such as an SUV, truck or van) will not pass.
However, paid public parking is located near the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Public transport: The République metro stop (line A) is 800m away (11 min walk) you will also find almost all the bus lines there. The Saint-Germain metro stop (line B) is 550m away (7 min walk).
- Nearest station: Rennes train and bus station 1.2km (17 min on foot) and 1.3km (6 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport 7.6 km (20 min by car), Nantes airport 117 km (1h25 by car).
Other remarks:
- This apartment is equipped with wifi connection
- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared upon your arrival.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person responsible for reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
