overall lovely place, would recommend 8/10 customer service 10/10 cleanliness 7/10 equipment 10/10 location 10/10 a few things to note, the apartment overall was clean in terms of floors and surfaces however some of the duvets and pillows, especially the living room sofa bed had stains and a few hairs. the ironing board had a really strange mark (possibly a burn). toilet and bathroom were clean and so was the kitchen. only other improvement i could suggest is a mirror in both bedrooms (only one had a full length mirror), we were a party of 6 so this was a bit inconvenient but nothing unbearable. the iron was broken during our stay, we did email them asking about it and they got back to us quickly and offered a replacement. unfortunately we didn’t see the response email until we flew back to london as there was an issue with the sims. however very glad they did reach out to fix the issue fast and offered a solution. the neighbourhood is quiet, other residents were not an issue the apartment is easy to find, views are very nice from the apartment and not far from the bus stop or the train station making the location very useful. we found the house was very well equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment and a coffee machine.

⭐ 1-Star Review Our experience with Le Cocon Voltaire (managed by Cocoonr) was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A few days before our trip, we were forced to complete the booking and payment on an external website, outside of Booking.com. This meant we had to accept different terms and conditions that were never mentioned on the original listing. All communication from Cocoonr and the property representative was in French only, even though the apartment is advertised internationally. The representative was unable to communicate in English and did not explain any check-out or cleaning procedures. Upon arrival, the apartment was not clean — including a used sanitary pad left on the bathroom floor. Despite this, Cocoonr later charged us €75 from our deposit, claiming “departure procedures not followed” and a “stain on a seat.” There was no inspection before or after our stay, so this claim is completely unverified. We have traveled extensively across France and Europe, and have never encountered such misleading practices or poor service. Forcing guests into off-platform payments, communicating only in one language, and withholding deposits without evidence is unacceptable. I do not recommend this property or Cocoonr to other travelers.

Bel appartement au calme.

Très bon contact avec la personne qui nous a accueilli. L'appartement est calme ainsi que la résidence. La propreté est correcte. L'électro ménager est de bonne qualité.

Quelques petits dysfonctionnements que nous n'aurions pas du avoir mais qui ont été réglés très rapidement. La circulation dans le parking souterrain n'est pas simple.

Appartamento grande, con garage riservato, dotato di molti servizi.

In vacanza non si hanno orari fissi, per ritirare le chiavi nello specifico bisogna spaccare il minuto... pulizia e manutenzione dell'alloggio sono quanto meno approssimative. L'appartamento dista più di 2 km. dal centro e la sera può essere un problema.
