older appartment well kept on 3rd floor without lift overall very spacious and well located for centre with parking Great communication from the Concierge service who met us with the keys
warm weather and poor installation with a lot of street noise and bins being collected early morning

Emplacement idéal , au calme tout en étant en plein centre ville. Parking fermé sur place inclus. Belle taille d’appartement.
Literie a clairement améliorer, peu confortable.

Appartement très bien situé proche du centre et des transports en commun. Equipement de la cuisine en très bon état.
Isolation des fenetres à revoir. Elles ferment mal et laissent passer l'air. Outre l'inconfort que cela peu générer, c'est le cout energetique qui doit etre elevé pour le propriétaire.
