Comfortable with parking and well situated

The properly is well located, the parking is good. It was clean and had everything we could need. The host was good and accomodating and even with limited French speaking from my part they were able to instruct and explain the process to me.

A home away from home, and much more, in Rennes

The apartment is exceptionally well maintained, with considerable thought given to the needs of both adults and children. The member of staff who met us at the apartment was friendly and efficient. The apartment, including balcony, was spotlessly clean. The garage was secure, and in the building. The apartment is within walking distance to the city centre, and a supermarket located approx 200 metres from the apartment. There is a separate toilet from the bathroom, and a washing machine, ironing board and iron.The photos are accurate, with 2 functional bedrooms.

It does not have air conditioning.

l'appartement est très bien situé, facile d'accès et calme. Le garage fermé en sous sol était un plus. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Il y a des commerces et des restaurants aux alentours. Le métro est à 5 mn à pied.

il faudrait améliorer l'illumination de la salle à manger.

L’accueil physique avec personne très sympathique (merci pour le dépannage de papier toilette à l’arrivée) Explications données avec précisions et nous explique être disponible en cas de besoin avec les consignes précises Appartement fonctionnel et bien décoré Cuisine et salle de bains très fonctionnelles Le box dans la résidence Le calme malgré le fait d’être en résidence

La literie de la chambre avec lit deux personnes: sommier taché, oreiller taché avec odeur désagréable Les lits dans l’une des chambres sont très petits pour des adultes Absence de papier toilette à l’arrivée Pas de possibilité de fermer le box de garage

Apartamento espacioso en Rennes.

El apartamento era espacioso, luminoso y muy limpio. La ubicación estaba a un paseo del centro pero bien. El barrio tranquilo. Las personas que nos recibieron fueron encantadores y nos dieron buenas recomendaciones. El parking algo ajustado pero muy útil.

De twee eenpersoons bedden zijn wat aan de kleine kant. Onze kinderen 15 en 17 pasten er net in maar ondanks alles geen probleem

No volvería por el trato recibido en el check in.

El apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo, preparado con todo lo necesario. No está céntrico pero no se tarda mucho en llegar al centro andando.

El trato con la persona que nos tenía que facilitar el acceso al piso. El mismo día de la llegada se puso en contacto con nosotros la persona que nos tenía que dar las llaves preguntándonos la hora de llegada. Íbamos de viaje en coche desde Quimper así que le dijimos que no podíamos asegurarle la hora exacta, pero sería entre las 5 y las 6. Aún así nos instó a qué una hora de llegar la avisáramos. A las 4 de la tarde nos llamo y le dijimos lo mismo que íbamos en el coche pero creíamos que llegaríamos sobre las 6. Pillamos una obra en la carretera y viendo que nos íbamos a retrasar le dijimos que llegaríamos a las 6.15. La persona encargada de recibirnos nos dijo que eramos unos irresponsables por no cumplir la hora establecida y que en ese caso no nos atenderia hasta has 10 de la noche. Le dijimos que había atasco, no era una falta de respeto y que íbamos con nuestra hija de dos años en el coche, nos podíamos estar en la calle hasta las 10. Despues de ir las rápido en la carretera y asegurarle que llegaríamos a las 6 aunque tuviéramos que correr más, nos hizo supuestamente el favor de cambiar a otros huéspedes con sus compañero, cosas que podía haber hecho desde un principio porque en ningún momento fuimos nosotros los que la avisamos una hora antes de la llegada. Llegamos a las 6, y nos tuvo esperando hasta las 6.30, pero claro eso no irrespetuoso,.solo que nosotros hubiéramos sido honestos con ella para que no perdiera el tiempo. Una situación lamentable que no tiene sentido. Para nosotros es fundamental el trato recibido en los alojamientos además del sitio en si.

Trop beau !

Le logement était génial : très beau, spacieux, propre, décoré avec soin… tout était impeccable. L’un des critères principaux qui m’avaient fait choisir ce logement était la présence de deux lits doubles, comme indiqué sur les photos. Mais une fois sur place, nous avons découvert que dans l’une des chambres, les lits étaient en réalité séparés (car prévus pour des enfants), ce qui n’était pas ce à quoi je m’attendais. C’est le seul petit bémol.

Grand apparemment très bien équipé, calme, avec une place de parking privative comprise à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique de Rennes.
