Alojamiento con buen precio junto a centro de Rennes.

Lo mejor, la proximidad al centro de Rennes caminando. Buenas indicaciones y disponibilidad de anfitrión. Llegada autónoma con cajetin de llaves. Apartamento pequeño, bueno si no vas a pasar excesivo tiempo allí. Parking regulado por parkímetro en la calle (de 9 a 19 h. con alguna hora gratis al mediodía). Bien distribuido, con buen colchón y buena limpieza. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Pequeños detalles a mejorar como una fregona para secar el baño, algo mas de papel higiénico, mas menaje de cocina o adecuar una zona en el armario existente como perchero. Las escaleras de acceso de madera, muy antiguas y bonitas, son peligrosas para personas de movilidad reducida.

La ubicación.

Menaje de cocina insuficiente y en malas condiciones. No había mesa y solo habia dos sillas en el mostrador para cuatro personas. El desagüe de la ducha estaba atascado y la tapa del váter suelta. Acceso anticuado.

Apartamento muito pequeno para 4 adultos. Não havia cabides para a roupa. Só havia 2 toalhas de banho, problema que foi resolvido após contacto com o proprietário, no entanto estavam húmidas. Só havia 2 cadeiras e éramos 4 adultos.

La cercanía al centro.

El apartamento en sí no está mal para dos personas pero es muy pequeño para 4. Además, solo hay 2 sillas. Montando el sofá cama el espacio se reduce mucho. Las camas tampoco son muy cómodas, sobre todo el sofá cama. Por otro lado, no hay ascensor y el acceso al apartamento es por unas escaleras muy estrechas y hay que subir con las maletas hasta un segundo piso. También echamos en falta toallas de mano y algún trapo y utensilio más de cocina en mejores condiciones.

Cuisine ok, salon table ronde inadaptée et pas d’explication de réglage télé, sdb marche un peu haute et pas de rideau entre douche et meuble ! Chambre et lit ok confortable.

L’emplacement très proche du centre ville Beaucoup de restos à proximité tout comme le métro. Il était bien équipé.

Il y a la tv mais pas de chaînes nationales juste Netflix et Prime Vidéo.
