Noise outside, if windows open. Not hosts fault. Good soundproofing if windows shut, but flat was very warm so needed air flow.

Spacious flat, well equipped, central and easy to reach. I enjoyed my stay.

Parts of the equipment were clearly worn off and although overall the flat was clean, there were some piles of dust and spiderwebs. I would have liked to find a tea towel.

A great place in the heart of old town, perfect for a visit before the students return.

The location near a metro stop and in the heart of the old city next to a main square is a major plus. Although the toilet is a tight squeeze, the bath area was fine and the kitchen decently equipped. TV, wi-fi and furnishings were fine, plus a washing machine. Sadly, the only negative is also the location when it is too hot and the students are in town and you must open the windows and a first floor location means street noise.

The corner location is a major access to the metro and party district, so night l life is vibrant and noisy til the wee hours. A heat wave continued during our stay in Rennes, so the pitiful little fan couldn't keep up. The living room area is very noisy with windows open and even when closed enough loud student talking and carousing deep into the night on the streets below made it necessary to use earplugs at night even though the noise on the bedroom side wasn't as extreme.

Great place!

Le Crazy is a full equiped appartment. I felt like a Rennes resident living in the very center of the city! :-). A great place to stay. I hardly used the kitchen, but to me everything was there. I really enjoyed the week in Rennes.

Excellent location and beautifully furnished

Friendly welcome and easy pick up and drop off of keys. Poverty was spotless and exactly as per the photograph on booking.com. Location is absolute;y perfect for center of Rennes.

this le crazy appartment really crazy theyre right when they gived this name becz the loud voices from neighbors they dont sleep evry day partying added to the bars music and ppl drunk with loud voices from the sreet was crazy bad this mixation of voices when u want to sleep and tv was not working !!!

L'emplacement. C'est vraiment dans le centre. Le personnel est au top ! Merci Lynda pour ton accueil chaleureux et les explications donnés.

Manque d'insonorisation. Comme c'est dans le centre, on entend toutes les personnes qui passe devant l'immeuble et les voisins, absolument tout. Impossible de faire une sieste en journée et la nuit les gens terminent la fête très très tard. Un triple vitrage et une porte plus isolante, problème résolu et apartament parfait.
