Great Experience!

You cannot have a better location. It is close to several subway stations. It's a walking distance from the Gare de Rennes (15 min). The apartment is simple and cosy. Plenty of restaurants nearby. You will not be disappointed by the location of this apartment and the place is quiet. If you need anything, you can call Julien the property manager. He is helpful.

The entryway of the building is a little dark and unsettling but you get used to it and the apartment itself makes up for it.

Very good stay !

Very well located, in the old center city, apartment style is great, very confortable and calm. The appartment has everything for a short stay. The hoste is helpful and answer very quick.

Super bien situé, bel appartement avec toutes ses poutres apparentes. Vraiment bel appartement.

Les escaliers pour y accéder sont assez bas. Pour les grands attention a la tête surtout en descente.

Appartement très bien placé pour visiter le centre ville à pied, à profiter des commerces et animations, de la sortie de metro Saint Germain (ligne B), suffisamment grand pour 4 avec une grande salle de bain fonctionnelle, cuisine équipée et tout était chauffé.

L’appartement est très bien placé en plein centre-ville et à une station de métro de la gare de Rennes. Très commode pour des excursions en train dans la région.

Resa till Rennes!

Trevlig lägenhet mitt i den gamla staden. Fanns allt som behövdes dessutom stort och rymligt. Stort kök och stort badrum som var välutrustade.

Trapphuset var trångt och dammigt och saknade trappräcken att hålla sig i. Lägenheten låg på 2:a våningen men många trappor att ta sig upp för. Har man svårt att gå i trappor eller problem med balans kan det bli besvärligt.

Ótima opção no centro histórico de Rennes.

O apartamento é muito espaçoso, em especial a sala, a cozinha e o banheiro, e oferece todas as comodidades para uma boa estadia. A cozinha do tipo americana é completa, com todos os equipamentos necessários para preparar o café da manhã e o almoço e jantar, se for o caso. A cama é confortável. Outro ponto a destacar é a localização do apartamento: no centro histórico, a poucos passos do metro, da Opera e do Parlamento. A destacar, também, o ótimo atendimento que recebemos do Julien, administrador do imóvel. Sempre que precisamos recorrer a ele, sua conduta foi impecável, retornando rapidamente.

A entrada do prédio nos causou um pouco de apreensão na primeira vez em que lá chegamos. Ficamos com a impressão de estarmos entrando numa espécie de caverna. A escada para acesso ao apartamento é um tanto quanto perigosa e não é recomendável para pessoas que tenham algum problema motor e para crianças. Entretanto, para nós, essas questões foram ultrapassadas pela qualidade do apartamento e pela atenção do Julien. Vale ressaltar que a localização é no centro histórico e os prédios centenários não permitem maiores atualizações arquitectónicas.

Belle expérience !

Très bel appartement, très bien situé ! Vous pouvez largement vous passez des transports en communs. De plus, si vous êtes plus de deux, ne vous inquiétez pas, il est très bien adapté, vous ne vous marcherez pas dessus :) PS : Le canapé est très confortable pour dormir !
