Dark and Dirty !

The apartment is within decent walking distance to the park and old town

Dark and dirty , not much light and no oven only a microwave , poor linens provided , cheap and on closer inspection very very soiled and dirty so couldn’t use this included the mattresses, we took photos as proof . Shower also very poor and stuck on bad drain smell and filter again filthy dirty. We stayed one night and left as soon as able , informed agents who refused to help and ignored all messages - wouldn’t even correspond with booking . Com re our refund . Look at the poor reviews they all say the same . We had the same issue with noise too and banging doors at 3 am . Truly our worst stay ever . Forget the history , yes good but take a deeper look people ! .

Quaint apartment in the center city, just next to the park.

Wonderful location, comfortable apartment. We loved being so near the park!

The kitchen sink needed fixing and could not be used while we were here but the hosts responded quickly to repair.

Un lieu soigné mais petit et sombre.

L'accueil était très agréable, quelqu'un nous attendais avec les clefs, c'est toujours plus chouette que les boîtes à clef... Le lieu est propre il y a des lits corrects, l'appartement a un certain cachet.

Le logement est petit, les photos sont trompeuses. C'était suffisant pour nous et pour une nuit, mais je n'y aurais pas passé une semaine. C'est sombre et exiguë, de fait le prix semble un peu élevé pour la prestation fournie. La douche et la salle de bains sont très petites.

La ubicación ,estaba súper cerca de todo lo más reseñable del centro de Rennes,con bares, restaurantes y parking muy cercano. Muy calentito también, lo cual se agradece porque hacía un frío en Rennes!

Las almohadas, la tele se veía un poco mal al tener abierto el sofá cama y el fregadero de la cocina no tragaba bien. El dueño muy atento con lo del fregadero.

Emplacement idéal en plein centre de Rennes dans un quartier calme. Chambre côté cour donc au calme et bonne literie.

Logement au rez-de-chaussée sur rue passante. Salle de bain assez petite. Manquait une bouilloire et un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. Canapé lit dans salon côté rue donc plus bruyant.

O apartamento é perfeito para dois casais ou 3 pessoas. Chuveiro excelente. Localização muito boa a curta caminhada para o centro da cidade.

A pia da cozinha estava entupida e teve um pouco de barulho na rua porque o apartamento é no térreo.

Sehr schönes Fachwerkhäuschen mit hübscher Decke und tollem TV-Kamin. Man ist nicht weit von Sainte-Anne im Zentrum der Altstadt von Rennes.

Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss, mit viel Personenverkehr, laut zuschlagenden Türen und es ist relativ dunkel am Tag.

La posizione, ottima, centrale, con parcheggio vicino e gratuito la sera

La struttura è piccola, e non si evince dalle foto che sono altamente ingannevoli. Potrebbe assolutamente essere migliorata nei servizi, inesistenti nel bagno, senza un minimo di suppellettili. La cosa peggiore tuttavia è stata la pulizia!!!!! Polvere ovunque, molto sporca e con presenza di cattivi odori!!

Top : emplacement- propreté- accueil- literie- équipement Les photos sont par contre trompeuses. C est beaucoup plus petit et il y a peu de lumière naturelle.

1. Le bruit. Il est au rdc collé à la porte d entrée principale qui claque toute la nuit. On a l impression d avoir quelqu un qui rentre dans l appartement car c est mal isolé et il n y a pas de frein à la porte d entrée principale. C est plutôt flippant et impossible de se rendormir entre 2 claquements car il y a beaucoup de monde dans cet immeuble. . De plus on dépend de l heure de sommeil du voisin du dessus car idem c est mal isolé entre les étages aussi donc tous les pas réveillent.

Parfait, charmant, idéal pour un court séjour

- emplacement en plein centre ville tout en étant au calme - accueil, ponctualité, disponibilité et discrétion de l’équipe de conciergerie par tél pour venir, sur place lors de la remise des clés et au départ. Juste comme il faut. - qualité de l’équipement (cuisine, literie…) - charme du lieu (il y a un côté lieu « privé, un peu secret ») qui le rend différent.
