The staff , the location , the breakfast and the parking . Tea coffee and Biscuits available in the room . Walking distance to Restaurants and bars with some nearby . Great value for money

Arthur the owner was a polite and friendly chap and very kind and helpful, as were the other staff I saw. Comfortable and quiet single room, small but fine for just me. Great to have a generous breakfast provided too, including a fresh fruit salad. I was surprised at breakfast-time when I saw the place was full as I’d had such a peaceful night’s sleep, not disturbed by anyone else! Out of the town centre so away from the crowds, but easily accessed by the number 2 bus which runs regularly to and from town (or with a pleasant walk if you’re not arthritic like me!)

It was clean, just a little dated and the room was very small. And plus side I could watch TV while sat on the loo
