Excellent location and staff are super friendly. Tea and coffee facilities and a mini fridge in the room.
The tv in our room didnt really work.

The location. Very quick walk to the town centre and gorgeous view over the river, from the front of the property. Martyn, the guy who runs it, seemed friendly enough and sorted the parking out for us. Room was basic, but comfortable.
Shower was a bit grubby in places and parking is across the car park, not actually located at the property. Seemed a bit pricey at £140 per night for a basic double room without breakfast (little did we know it was York races weekend). The trains went right past the bedroom window too, so quite noisy, but we were provided with ear plugs.

Great location, within few minutes walk to central York. The room was great with a comfy bed. Coffee, Tea and water available in the room.
