Good location, friendly helpful breakfast staff.
Room small for a double and accessed by awkward stairs (I'm 79), but you get what you pay for and this is in no way a complaint! It was also very hot and no air conditioning.

Private, superbly friendly B&B with great location. Breakfast - exceptional. Staff - so lovely! Very clean and comfortable rooms. Have almost everything you need for a mini break.
Some facilities are a little dated, although some elements have been modernised over the years that we've been going there. Inclusion of a mini fridge would be superb, as would a good quality fan that blows cold air.

Just lovely people and right next to the historical gardens and the railway station .
A proper espresso would be nice for breakfast, but that’s about it and it’s minor 😉!

I had room 3 which was downstairs, on arriving the lady was lovely welcoming and friendly but did advise me that we had a small room which didn’t faze us but the bed wasn’t great it definitely wasn’t a double I’d say more of a small double the mattress wasn’t comfortable at all and the duvet was also too small for 2 grown people.
