I stayed in the loft suite for one night to attend an event across the road at the Hospitium. Everything from the greeting on arrival to the chat on departure was a delight. The room was very comfortable with an indulgent bath. Would recommend and will definitely come back and stay with my wife.

Very spacious room. Since it was a hot summer weekend we were very happy about the lower ground floor room as it was very cool. Only thing was the little bit damp smell downstairs but it wasn’t too bad

I have stayed in so many hotels and I have to stay this wasn't the best. Location is amazing but apart from that is quite basic. Its not luxury as its claimed and even the toiletries cowshed that they advertise on the website is not what they provide. If I knew that I would have brought my own products from home. I didnt sleep very well the bed was not comfortable, the pillows are lumpy as well as being hot in the room. They have provided small fan which helped a bit. I also didn't like the fact that the fridge and side cabinet are fun with drinks and snacks it's like a shop so you have to stop yourself from being tempted otherwise you'll end up with a hefty bill at the end. Some of the staff were friendly and unfortunately some weren't, I didnt have the best encounter on my arrival however I had a very nice and friendly receptionist on our last day which is delightful to see . On one of the nights I asked if I could get a clean mug to have my tea but I was told I'm not allowed I have to wait to the next morning when I have the room serviced. I wasn't impressed. There's a lot of things I can mention but honestly the only thing that was excellent is the location .
