We had a wonderful stay and the staff were so friendly and kind, we were granted our request for our previous room we stayed in and The Milner has become a home away from home while we are in York

The location. The staff.
Our room had scaffolding up outside it and we weren’t pre advised. Therefore the view was blocked. The fridge didn’t work. It was like we had been put in the room that needed work on it. We had a big king size bed. But the duvet inside its covers was a double. So no covers!!!
