It was clean, modern, had its own bathroom, close to central York and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The bed was made up and comfortable
There wasnt enough facilities to make a cup tea had to go down 2 flights of stairs to get more and the staircase is very narrow the doors had hand print marks & i found the bathroom n the blinds the tea making fac was dirty.no proper storage for your clothes the room was very small for 2 people.the location is not good if you have no transport as bit of a walk from town centre.the price was very costly for what we actually got has we had to go out for brsakfast which was extra cost i would be looking at somewgere that did breakfast next time as we loved york and found that there is plenty to do.
