Nice room great location and the host Mo was was very nice .
The shower was very slow and small but we managed .

The room was very clean and comfortable and Mo made us feel very welcome. It was great having coffee and tea in the room. We were able to sit by the window and have a cup or two before getting ready to start the day.
Shower was a bit slow to drain, nothing major but might want to be looked at.

He gave us lots of good info about York and where to visit which was good.
The room was clean and decor was cosy. Bed was comfortable.
Location was fine, a short walking into York centre.
I was travelling with my partner, who was asked.. "who are you?". There seemed a little confusion as she too was female, so we had the obligatory 'oh your sisters'.... No, we're not. It felt a little uncomfortable and we were sat for 10 mins waiting whilst he tapped away at the computer. We were also advised that the shower may not be working properly and we could use one down the corridor if we preferred.
Provided with ear plugs due to the road noise I'm assuming. We were more surprised by how thin the walls were and how loud everything in the next room was. The shower didn't heat up so had to use the shower down the hallway which was less than ideal. I think it's a little overpriced for what we had personally.
