Location was good as just a short walk to Minster.
Liked the separate Ebor apartment & garden.
Free car parking available.

Breakfast was lovely and included in the price. Room was nice and bathroom was a good size and very clean. Location was great only a ten minutes walk from the centre of York.
There was also free parking close to the hotel which was a huge plus.
Room was very warm. It was on the sunny side of the building. We did stay on the hottest few days of the year though so wasn’t really their fault.

The hotel was a 10 minute walk to town The staff were ok and did not see a lot of them till the morning
The room was very small it had a roof ceiling and my husband banged his head there was only one chair and there was no floor space really to put your suitcase on the floor if we did we could not walk around the bed there was not a proper door on the bathroom it was a sliding door not very private as it kept moving.breakfast was preorder the night before? Never had to do this in any hotel there were yogurts and fruit they were cheap ones from Aldi there was a bread basket and a toaster on the table you had to make your own toast the hotel was busy but if everyone is waiting for toast then you might have a long wait as the toaster was just like the one you have in your own kitchen
