the staff were so accommodating and friendly and the room was in a fantastic location. We also really enjoyed the breakfasts and were made to feel very welcome
because of the type of building noise carries and the movement of other guests can be heard - for anyone who is a light sleeper earplugs may be needed! Especially as the bottles and bins are done in the wee hours due to the location.

The property has beautiful character, a perfectly central location and staff were exceptional
Unfortunately being so central resulted in a group of youths being very noisy outside from 3-3:30am resulting in poor sleep. Also unfortunately the recycling bins collected at 6/6:30am again, resulting in a very poor sleep. The room we were in was a small double. The room itself was lovely and great value for money however being in the attic room, the bathroom was unacceptable. The space was like nothing I’ve ever experienced and the shower curtain didn’t even fit the full width of the door. Whilst we don’t mind ‘small’ this was a very poor experience. We had friends who booked the same room however due to being a floor lower, they had much more appropriate space, this really should be reflected in the price or be made known on booking.
