Great location. Parking is free if you are staying. Within walking distance of about 2 mins to restaurants and bars. The lady who booked me in was helpful and explained everything. Perfect location. The bar looked great, and if I was there longer, I would have had a drink. Well priced, and it is an excellent location Hopefully, next time. Oh, and the bathroom was huge.
Just the mattress, it was not overly comfortable.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. Parking on site.
No chair in the room. Power for kettle was on the skirting board so kettle and tray was on floor.
