Location excellent parking available which is a bonus room was large and clean stayed 3 nights end of March and have no complaints would definitely stay again.

Room was very clean and warm, bed was comfortable.The owner was friendly.Close to centre so everything in easy walking distance.Owner very helpful getting us parked in dark and rain.
I don't want to be negative but there was a lot of light pollution in the room from the TV, under the door from hallway and from the street, which the curtains did not block. In the room we were in at the front there was also a lot of noise from the street both traffic noise and revellers. It is a city centre hotel in a university town so maybe this is to be expected but possibly more could be done to reduce the light in the room.
