Great location and lovely staff. Room was fine. Some lights didn't work and bathroom smelled a bit damp. Very hot and couldn't open window much. But for the price and location it did the job and id stay again.
Staff were great and held my luggage as I arrived early which meant I got an extra half day exploring. Breakfast was lovely.

This place is centrally located with a lot of foot traffic. The hotel doesn't have a reception and is run by the same people that run the restaurant attached to the hotel. In the room, on the door and the book there's advertisement for 25% off breakfast if you're staying in the hotel. Breakfast is served between 10-12 every morning. On the departure day, at 11AM and I have my mind set on Eggs Benedict and also check out from hotel. I went to the restaurant and its completely empty....no customers.... no staff....after 10 minutes waiting I left the keys on the bar and went to eat somewhere else....

Nice little hotel for a 2 night stay overlooking river Ouse. The stairs however to get to the room are numerous and steep. Room was adequate however could have had a kettle and tea and coffee supplies.

The mattress was too big for the bedframe and was falling off, the tiles in the bathroom were moldy, the walls inside the building are in desperate need of a paint job, there was no way I could sleep on the bed without falling off.
