Great location . Spacious room, comfy bed .
Lack of toiletries in quite a small bathroom . Would have been nice to be shown to your table for breakfast and told the format .Not much interaction from staff . Parking was very tight and expensive at £20. per night ..

The hotel was in a really good location for everything. The staff were all helpful and friendly . Bedroom was clean . Lovely view .
Only 1 single plug socket in the whole room , very disappointing. Unless you unplugged the tv and then You had 2 . Bathroom was dated , no toiletries just filled up hand wash and shower gel . Shower curtain was dirty .

Excellent location, next to river Ouse, walking distance to the city centre and attractions. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Paid parking is available, which was useful.
It is more like premier inn or Travelodge than a hotel. Nothing fancy, just basic stuff including Breakfast. So if you are not looking for luxury and just a clean comfortable stay this will do well.
