Great location. Recently refurbished.
Only negative was the fan heating (a bit noisy and difficult to control temperature).

Tidy and clean, in a quiet location. Very comfortable bed.
Parking is a pain, but since we caught the train (and it's close to the station) it wasn't an issue for this trip.

It was quiet and spacious. It was very close to the station and the centre.
It was clear the property had been cleaned well but there was a significant amount of dust on window frames and wooden blinds in bedroom and living area.

We booked and stated that we were taking our dog. The pictures on booking.com for that room showed open plan living, and when we arrived in had wooden stairs, which was not great as I had to carry our dog up and down them many time which is very dangerous. I tried to get a room swap but but staff weren't interested. We got there early and they could have switched us with somebody else, even for a small accommodation was fine, but they were interested.
