Fantastic hospitality and wonderful staff and facilities. It's absolutely well maintained and very very clean. We are vegetarians and jad some food restrictions but staff members were very accomodative and helped us us warm our food. Location is fantastic with city centre just within 1 to 1.5miles and racecourse within 7mins walking distance
Annex rooms are very good and clean only thing is there is lack of fresh air in room as windows are closed. Also, the bathroom lacks windows and ventilation.

I had a pleasant stay at Stableside Hostel in York. I really appreciated that there was free parking available on site; it made everything so much easier. The room also had some nice facilities including a sink and a kettle with tea and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. Bathroom was always very clean.
The WiFi signal in my room was quite weak, which made it difficult to stay connected. The room also felt a bit cold at times, especially at night. Additionally, the guests in the neighbouring room (Room 11) were very loud late at night, which affected my sleep.
