Everything about it. The welcome, the room, the location to mention just a few. Bottled water and fan provided which was sorely needed due to the heatwave. Very comfortable bed in a spacious and well laid out and spotlessly clean room.

Room was very comfortable. Very warm welcome from Naomi on arrival. Great food. Will definitely be staying again.
Would have been handy to have a small fridge in the room for cold drinks but did not spoil our stay.

The property was nice and old and positioned very well in York
Unfortunately, didn’t get a lot of sleep. The room was very comfortable but the noise outside From idiots in the street was unbelievable.
