Premises very clean and decor lovely. Close proximity to York centre amenities. Car park adequate size . Breakfast was fresh and served well Staff were very attentive and helpful.
Unfortunately our room was 2 flights up which we would rectify on next visit. £10.00 per night car park charge unexpected?

food was ok when it arrived. Husband didn't like sausage sandwich, left half. They were herby ,so personal taste.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast room smelled bad, like dirty burnt grease. This clung to my clothes I had to change when got home.
