    Stayed here a few times, lovely friendly staff, great location with parking. Rooms are lovely and modern

    The hotel was in a great location easy walking distance into city centre. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average however staff couldn’t do enough to please. The downside the hotel is very dated, our room was on the 2nd floor in the roof eves. I was forever banging my head as to get into bed you had to walk past. The furniture is very very dated marked and stained, the carpet had lots of stains and the stool was literally bad stains. There was a long mirror near the door however no plug stokers to do hair. The bathroom looked like it had just been modernised really nice, sorry but the mirror was far to high I had to go on tip toes to see in it. Overall I would still go back to the hotel mainly due to location and staff.

    Most of the staff are lovely. Just watch out for the one particular one in reception who was VERY rude… you’ll know who she is!
