The staff are very accommodating giving advice on where to go and what to do .
The food in the restaurant was excellent along with the breakfast which was too class and plenty of it Overall a great place to base yourself to explore the surrounding areas .

everything about our stay in the plough was great, food was lovely for both dinner and breakfast, very peacful setting right next to the river thames access to the thames path within 5min walk , plenty of dog walking without going near busy roads ,staff were amazing, they all loved mollie our border collie,definitley reccomend stay here if you want a peacful stay.

staff were pleasant, breakfast will really nice with a choice from 4-5 items that all sounded nice (full english breakfast, french toast, greek yoghurt + granola, avocado on toast). location is nice and quiet, parking is really easy right outside. the garden is pretty.
the cleanliness left a lot to be desired unfortunately. the carpet felt and looked like it had not been vacuumed for weeks. there were various bits of dirt over multiple areas and a small bug crawling around. i looked over the heater and there was so much cobwebs inside. I contemplated very hard about going down to ask for a vacuum or asking for a change in room (giving the benefit of the doubt that maybe this corner room was simply vacant for a longer time) but decided that i would just put through the night. I would have not stayed another night, which is really a pity because i think it could have been a great stay if it was just in a better state.
