Location good. Quaint country pub. Room ok size.
Room was cold and do as bathroom. Rooms could do with spring clean (cob webs) Pub was nice but girls noisy who were laying up for breakfast.

Great location right on the main street of Burford. Good breakfast but had to make your own toast, not a problem but 2, 2 slice toasters not good enough for a full restaurant that didn't work well.
Room very tired and not in main building. Very small bed. Shower temperature adjuster was stuck on hot setting and couldn't budge it, therefore extremely hot shower almost scalding. Power failure in part of the building, not all of the building suggesting that it was due to something tripping the power. Unfortunately affecting our room. I felt that it was overpriced for facilities offered at £185.00 on Friday and Saturday, but as low as £80.00 for other days in the week. I had booked 3 rooms and that cost me £540.00 for 1 night, not value for money as there was nothing special and none of the nice little touches that would have made it a little bit special. If that had been the case I would have been happier. There is a note in the room saying that it hadn't long been taken over and that they were working on room refurbishment, if that is the case offer a discount on the rooms that haven't as yet had a make over - I'm sure that the one I was in hadn't as yet had a makeover. I really do feel that the management should come back to me and try and put things right via a partial refund.

We had a great overnight stay here, very cute and comfy and managed to park in their little car park which was a bonus!
Our room was really warm, but there was a fan in there so all good. The breakfast included was lovely!

The food was excellent with a good choice of continental and cooked. The dinner menu catered for all tastes and the food itself was well presented and delicious.
The restricted on site parking ( approx. room for 4/5 vehicles) could be a problem although we were fortunate enough to get a space both nights. However there is a public car park fairly close to the Inn.

Location
The bathroom window wouldn’t close so it was very cold when using the toilet and shower - and the bedroom radiators wouldn’t turn off so the room got stuffy at night.

Location.
The room wasn't too bad ,cosy enough ,but didn't look very clean ,dated, bathroom wasn't clean at all.
Not worth the 100 pounds I paid ,more like a fifty pound room.

Great location, in the middle of the town high street, perfect for visiting Clarkson’s Farmers Dog pub, clean and lovely decor, and dog friendly.
Quite expensive, £130 per night excl. breakfast, limited parking spaces

The property was well situated on the high street. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was exceptional, so large and comfortable. Gorgeous ceiling feature.
The fire exit light was directly in front of the bed which proved quite bright during the night. We were also positioned just above the outside drinking area which was noisy at times.

The staff were lovely, ALL of them.
Good food (we had evening meal and breakfast)
Good beer (a joy theses days - fizzy or ipa ! not a choice) Taylors Landlord.
Room was absolutely fine and the shower was nice and large.
The sound insulation could have been better , we did listen to the couple in the room next door !! Parking was a trade off for a central location.

Conveniently placed, with lots of character.
Nothing negative, a mirror on the dressing table would have been nice for drying/styling your hair. The room was tastefully decorated and in keeping with the age of the property.

Ideal location to visit Clarksons restaurant and farm. Lovely decor and atmosphere, breakfast was delicious served with fresh coffee and staff (especially Lottie) were very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic location on the beautiful street of burford.
Traffic rather noisy if you’re staying in the actual pub. But still didn’t spoil the stay.

I thought it’s location was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful
The shower was slightly too cold and it was on full heat, also the sockets went down which couldn’t be helped so no hairdryer or charger ect

Location, ambience, service, bar, breakfast, check-in and check-out service.
We had a lovely double room overlooking the Main Street. All things said, it was a good room. However, it was on the main road and with old window frames and single glazing, it was a tad noisy from late-night traffic and from early morning.
8.0 / 10.0
Room location was quiet (was towards the back of the building - Kingfisher), clean and spacious room with plenty of hanging/storage space and refreshment facilities. Pleasant staff and easy check in/out.
Door rattling/banging - assume when other doors were opened but a couple of times it sounded as though someone was repeatedly knocking on my door. Poor phone/wifi signal - think this is the area in general though, not specifically this pub/hotel.

The room was nice, the bed was comfy and it was clean and up to date
It’s on the main road and single glazed so there is quite a bit of noise. We had an issue getting into the hotel at night because the coded lock wouldn’t open and the staff member said it must have been our fault. There is no way to contact anyone when there is an overnight issue either.
