Continental breakfast was amazing, staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Room was tidy and a nice size.

Some stairs and low ceilings, would have been good to know prior to booking.

A great olace to stay with full of character. Room was great with space and a very large bathroom. Being near the top, there was no shower but a good bath. Bed very comfortable, but did slide down the bed during the night probably due to the uneven floor. A good place to stay.

Bit of a climb to the room with no lift facility. Stayed for the restaurant (just reopened) but was told no dogs allowed in the restaurant part (despite being told that dogs are part of the family). Serving steak only on the night, but could tell the steak was not fresh, although the chunky chips were great.

I am so glad i chose this place! I initially drove to the wrong "Lamb Inn" as there are a few in the area, and had to call to double check the location. This quirky old inn is absolutely gorgeous! The twists and turns, the old beams and doors, and the charming decor was such a cozy vibe! This village reminds me of the movie the Holiday, that’s how charming it is! The dining rooms and pub area was just as lovely. I wish i knew the history about it! The manager Amy was incredible, from the communication through booking.com to straight from the moment I walked in. Whatever she is being paid, give her a raise! She was so lovely and made me feel comfortable straight away. I was glad to hear she would be there in the morning as that’s how pleasant she was. Thank you to the bar tender who helped bring my heavy suitcase upstairs. - The room was very sweret and bed was well made - The bed and pillows were comfortable! - The room was nice and warm and had a working wall heater - The shower was SO good! The presure was AMAZING! And the towels were incredibly soft. - Breakfast was simple, but perfect! - The little village was so charming, i am so glad i had time to walk around and visit the little church nearby. I would love to have had a little blurb about the property on a flyer in the room, and even about the room i was in! The door inside my room, was it original? It had so much character, it looked old and i would love to know more about it. I hope to be back on day to stay a bit longer and enjoy the quiet! Thanks again :) * FYI for tall / large people... The bathroom and shower were very small but i would expect this from such a small place. Honestly, the water pressure made up for any discomfort of the small shower :) (Unsure if all rooms have this size bathroom).

The pub had a nice cosy feel to it and was in a great location.

I thought the food (other than the dessert) was quite average for the price, service seemed quite slow and we were charged £15 for 1 night for having our dog. Normally I would absolutely understand, but there were hardly any facilities for our dog? Only 1 water bowl downstairs in the restaurant, no water bowl or feeding bowl or treats etc in the room, nothing. Other pubs/hotels we’ve been in the past with our pup we’ve had treats boxes, bowls and beds…might be worth thinking of catering for the dogs slightly more if you’re going to charge them!

We have visited this pub before and thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is excellent and the pub is cosy and food of a high standard.

Lovely bar with real fire. We had a free upgrade and the room was very good.

Lovely breakfast but let down by having a hot drink station. Felt very much like something you would expect from a Travelodge or Holiday Inn. If it is not possible for staff to serve hot drinks to the table the addition of tea pots and milk jugs to take everything to the table would be a great improvement. There was very limited vegetarian choices on the dinner menu which was disappointing.

One of the attractions was the restaurant/bar food reports, unfortunately I did not learn until after booking that the kitchen is closed for half of the week, so you’ll have to travel out for dinner!

The room was lovely, we stayed in one of the suites (called north something but can't remember the name!!) The staff were amazing, nothing was too much to ask and they were all so friendly. Food was delicious and staff were great!

Every individual choice of decor just made this place so incredibly beautiful and perfect. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Could relax in the bar with the log fire on before going to room which was about a 10m. Was quiet place which is just what you want to feel relaxed.

Amazing cosy inn, everything was perfect.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the staff, so helpful & accommodating. The rooms were lovely & cosy decorated to a high standard. We had breakfast every day which was lovely, nothing was too much trouble the staff are amazing. The dinner was also of high quality & some of the best fish & chips I have tasted. Highly recommend The Lamb Inn for anyone that wants it all. Thank you.

The room was so rural, in a good way, very nice view, I always dreamt to sleep in a pub in the middle of nowhere and this meet 100% my expectations, it was magic! Breakfast was also nice, comfy bed, good shower, very intimate

The air in the room was a bit too dry but I was a bit ill, that's why I noticed, otherwise I 100% would have not noticed.

Food was excellent and the location.

The TV didn't work, it was replaced with the owner's TV within half an hour. However, it didn't have live TV, only streamed channels. The room and bathroom weren't as clean as expected. The radiator in the bathroom was rusty. There were no plug sockets by the mirror so made using the hair dryer tricky. The only plug socket next to one side of the bed was tucked behind the bedside table so unable to charge phone overnight.

This wonderful cosy 16th century inn is located in a really quaint village with wonderful countryside, walks and easy access to many of the Cotswolds tourist areas. The inn is really welcoming, the food is exceptional and the rooms really comfortable. The staff are really friendly too. I stayed two nights and ate dinner each evening and had a cooked breakfast each morning. Parking is easy in the inn's car park and there are some electric vehicle chargers too.

Beautiful location, the room was outstanding. Stunning views, huge bed, roll top bath. Staff were very helpful. Continental breakfast was included and was plentiful. Option to pay extra for cooked breakfast items. Would highly recommend.

The Breakfast sandwich is to die for. It is one of the best I have had, and recommend this to anyone.

Our shower needed a steam clean, it was pointed out as good feedback. Other than that it was excellent.

Advertised as Bourton on the Water, but quite a distance from there. Internet connection was intermittent in the area.

The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of pastries and spreads as well as ham and cheese. The staff were ALL very welcoming and friendly, and really went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

There was a wasp/hornet n the bedroom. I could not see how the lights above the bed worked. There was very little that i genuinely didn't like - I am having to be very pedantic to think of anything to write in this section!
