Love the resort . Beautiful

The room is clean. Bathroom is spacious. Balcony look great . Buggy to go around is very helpful and easy to call them . They just come picking up so quick

Clean tidy rooms, lovely pool area, pretty nice resort.

The customer service didn’t quite match the beautiful environment and surroundings. Compared to other hotels and resorts the customer service was a little disappointing tbh.

The breakfast was varied and good quality

The wifi was static and very poor when available. The hotel loaned us a wifi hotspot and it was much better. Its rechargeable battery was dead and wouldn’t charge.

Es gab sogar Wurst und Käse (keine Selbstverständlichkeit in Thailand) • Viele Restaurants • Kostenlose Liegen am Strand • Buggy Service auf dem Gelände • Weiches großes Bett • Empfangs Menschen sprechen gutes Englisch

Negativ • Lange Wege • Die Pools sind nicht durch Treppen o.ä. verbunden, man muss immer um ein Gebäude herumlaufen um in den nächsten Pool zu gelangen. • Duschkopf und Waschbecken Verschluss kaputt • Kissen etwas zu hart • Öffentliche Klos stinken stark • Nicht gekennzeichnete Hubbel und Rinnen in den Gehwegen der Hotelgebäude Thailand generell • Ohne Bargeld kommt man nicht weit • Die Thais sprechen kein bzw. sehr schlechtes Englisch. Am besten sprechen die Leute an der Rezeption und in Großstädten Englisch. • Touren über App buchen • Kein ÖPNV, alles geht über Taxis, Shuttles, Grab, etc. • Kein echtes vegetarisches Essen (alles mit Fisch, Fleisch, Fisch-, Krabben- und Austernsoße) • Geld Abhebegebühr 220 Baht für JEDE Anhebung. Kreditkartenzahlung kostet oft +4% extra. Und diese Gebühren kommen zu den normalen Kreditkartengebühren dazu. • Am Flughafen Fingerabdruck Abgabe Pflicht bei Einreise • Jedes Hotel und viele Tour Guides wollen Pass und scannen ihn. • Überall Kameras.

Un séjour avec une belle chambre et un personnel agréable, mais terni par la présence constante d’enfants malgré la prom

Séjour plutôt moyen dans l’ensemble, mais je tiens à souligner que le personnel était vraiment gentil et serviable, ce qui a fait la différence. La chambre, quant à elle, était superbe : propre, bien décorée et confortable. Quelques points pourraient être améliorés, mais l’essentiel était là.

Assez déçue par certains aspects du séjour. L’hôtel est présenté comme réservé aux adultes, mais nous avons été surprises de voir des enfants un peu partout : dans le bar de la piscine, et même dans la piscine adulte, sans que personne n’intervienne. Le petit déjeuner manquait de variété, et la propreté n’était pas toujours au rendez-vous, ce qui est dommage. Mis à part le Sky Bar, nous n’avons pas été convaincues par les restaurants. À chaque fois, personne ne nous a proposé de dessert, et quand nous demandions après coup, il était trop tard. Étant nous-mêmes dans la restauration, on comprend les contraintes, mais en tant que clientes en vacances, on espérait un service un peu plus attentionné.

Unser jährlicher Traumurlaub am Traumstrand

Das Zimmer war top, Badewanne zum Duschen und viel Wasser am Boden. Frühstück super fein, vorallem der Kaffee. Die "Bugyfahrer" sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, trotzdem liefen wir täglich unsere Schritte. Wir kommen jedes Jahr nach khao lak wegen dem schönen Strand und den feinen Restaurants direkt im Sand.

Sehr grosse Anlage und viele Kinder, beim Frühstück konnten die schon nerven.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel selbst könnte an einigen Stellen nochmal renoviert werden. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dennoch sehr schöne Anlage. Minuspunkt: die Trennung von adult und Kids zone sollte auch beim Essen eingehalten werden

Wir kennen den Strand, darum gute Lage...Nähe Restaurant Chillay. Sehr freundliche "Shuttle" Männer, das hat meistens geklappt. Auch das Frühstücks Buffet war sehr gut...Kaffeemaschine...frische Früchte...

Der Zimmerservice !! Drei Tage keiner, ohne frische Duschtücher...nicht gebettet...nichts. x mal die Türkarte defekt, mussten jedes mal in die Rezeption laufen...keine Entschuldigung...ab 5. Tag hat es dann endlich geklappt?!?!
