We stayed in the largest room type available, which was spacious and well-designed for a family. However, it was a bit disappointing that the biggest and most premium family room is not located beachfront.
The location is quite good, right in the heart of Khao Lak. Although the resort is technically beachfront, there is no sandy beach for swimming, which may not suit guests looking for direct sea access.
The resort itself is very quiet, private, and relaxing - perfect for a peaceful getaway. All front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
A special mention to the lovely Filipina staff at the restaurant - she greeted us warmly every morning with a genuine smile, making breakfast a very pleasant experience.
Breakfast is included in the room rate and can be enjoyed until 2 PM, which is a great and unique offering as we haven’t experienced this elsewhere. However, it is limited to one visit per person, and it would be helpful if this was clearly communicated to avoid confusion.
One suggestion for improvement: considering the relatively high room rates and the resort’s location, transportation can be inconvenient without a rental car. It would be a great addition if the resort could provide a shuttle service to key areas in Khao Lak, such as Bang Niang Market.
Overall, a beautiful and relaxing stay with excellent service - just a few small touches could make it perfect.

We spent 3 nights here and loved it.
We had a duplex pool villa which was really nice.
The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were really friendly and efficient.
I loved that you could have breakfast until 2pm!! Finally a hotel that understands its guests! Who wants to get up early when you are on holiday. They even prepared breakfast boxes when we went on a trip to the Similan Islands.

overly expensive for the service. 175€ for a room when you can get this type of service for half the price in thailand. Basic pad krapao for 450THB first in life! Every service has a double price compare to what you can have in thailand. Few facilities (sauna / onsen is extra!!). Would not recommend it.
