Avani is a great hotel and delivers on multiple fronts. The breakfast is excellent, and the grounds are beautiful. The animal petting zoo keep kids thoroughly engaged. The hotel's pool setup is well-thought-out: the main pool offers plenty of shade and remains calm and adult-friendly thanks to the dedicated kids' pool area with slides and play features nearby. We had opted for a swim-in room, which offered access to a third large pool. The restaurants are good, the beach is stunning, and the kids club and game room are top-tier. The gym stands out with high-calibre equipment. Also, the pizza from the Mi Scuzi restaurant is a winner.

The swim-in room pool gets hot during the day due to lack of shade. The beach, while beautiful, has substantial waves that could make it unsuitable for weaker swimmers. The pumptrack is an underutilized asset; it could see real use if skateboards/scooters were provided for free rather than requiring rental. Finally, the gym would benefit from additional kettlebells, the current maximum of 12 kg is limiting.

Staffs are very kind and nice. Good value. Great activity. Many activities for kids and also adults.

The location quite far from the city and the price of foodstuffs or drinks quite high.

I chose this hotel because of good feedback, and i saw the nice kids area on the pics, but in reality, we like below: - Dirty common area. - Strong smell of urine in all toilets of hotel (room, restaurants, reception) - Food at the beach restaurant is not tasty and expensive. Staff made several mistakes with order. We were trying to have dinner in the main restaurant where was Thai buffet, but it was the poorest buffet I've ever seen. So we had to eat again in the beach restaurant. -Kids aqua zone very "tired", staff in food track is not friendly. Kids club is small, there is nothing to do there and smell also is not nice. - The worse think to my opinion was color of white towels in the room, they were so yellow/ brown, like they were used for floor washing before. It was disgusting 🫣.
