Holiday spoilt by dishonest management

Location and breakfast good

Management poor, with little regard for providing important services that had been contracted for. Such as it was claimed at time of booking to be "adult only". Subsequently without giving any notice we find on arrival children are allowed. We feel badly let down by this Group who appear to be not very honourable.

There are way better and welcoming resorts in khao lak.

The hotel is truly beautiful

During our 3 night stay we had 3 cockroaches,a worm, and a frog in our room. And the staff did not really seemed yo care. I read about it in other reviews as well but the other guests in the hotel were truly awful. Again, the staff did not seemed to care. The staff was not very helpful like in other hotels.

Beautiful beach, recommendation room by the beach.

Lovely plants and palm trees, their colours making the walkway to the beach very calming. Good breakfast and variety. Sea is wonderful and can walk along the beach.

Elite villas were located much further away and the layout was strange use of the 78m2. You enter into a large hallway and open plan bathroom, with bedroom on the one side, smaller relatively. Also very little light in the bedroom.

Okay if you have loud children

The elite villas are nice, enjoyed the private garden

This property markets its self as adults only on many websites- it is not adults only (this is the whole reason I booked it). Not only are kids allowed, they are exceptionally loud and treat the pool area like a waterpark, it can get incredibly loud and no one oversees this.

Disappointed that’s it’s no longer Adults Only (which was a huge selling point). Breakfast could be improved with nicer fresh juices and better quality products.

The room was huge and very clean, it had everything we needed. The location is on an amazing beach and we loved sitting on the sunbeds . It is a beautiful resort and well maintained. It was perfect for our stay.

Great stay apart from our meal in MOF as that was below par, especially given the price point. Sunbeds need to be padded as they were uncomfortable.

the pool was nice but was completely dominated by one eu nation - who were all so grumpy. it’s for old people who are afraid to go to Thailand (for some reason) and stay in the hotel the whole time. Thailand isn’t for that it’s for seeing the culture - that type of holiday is Mexico - by the pool all day. Khao lak is t that nice either - I’ve been all over Thailand - there isn’t anything to do and the markets are inferior.

the approach and the pools . the staff were not very helpful and didn’t use common sense when all the power went out - we nearly missed a day trip we booked . also there wasn’t many apologies when I had a rat in my room and the curtains broke - in fact they never fixed them

My stay was nice over all

The staff over all were amazing and professional, Especially one staff working at the restaurant he is working there for a long time I forgot his name he said he works there since the opening very professional and friendly I truly wish him all the best.

Simple solution could make the guests come back again, There are many flies especially at night time, simple solution that u can make small fan's at every pole at the restaurant to keep the flies away, sometimes we want to stay longer but because of the flies we had to leave. I've seen at other hotels resorts have the same solution, small fan at the proximity of every table u have a lot of locations u can put In there , also at the lobby reception area while chexk in and check out, I know tropical area and resorts its issue but fans can help a bit at least.

Fabulous

Spacious rooms. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. A special mention to a server at the restaurant, Tik, very kind and sweet, always smiling. We were sad to have to leave but we'll be back soon.

Traumhaftes Hotel direkt am Strand

Tarumhafte Einzel Villen mit Terasse, dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt dort, beide mal haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Häuser sind in einem Top Zustand alles wird sehr gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, jeder Wunsch wird gerne erfüllt. Das Frühstück ist super ansprechend angerichtet, sehr große Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei. Immer wieder gerne !

På booking.com stod der at der var shuttleservice til og fra lufthavnen, hvilket der ikke var samt at da jeg bookede stod der “voksen-hotel” 16+, men det passede heller ikke.

Tout est parfait !

Une expérience incroyable ! Tout d’abord le personnel est d’une très grande gentillesse et souriant. Le bungalow est très spacieux, propre, le lit très confortable. La plage est si belle et authentique ! Le restaurant est excellent, tout comme le petit déjeuner. Les piscines sont magnifiques. Nous avons accepté d’aller, pour nos deux derniers jours, à l’hôtel partenaire dans la baie de Phang na, qui est sublime. En échange, on nous a offert le all inclusive d’une qualité inégalable avec des cocktails et plats délicieux. Vraiment le service, le confort et l’emplacement de cet hôtel sont parfaits !

Étonnamment, le barman du pool bar est désagréable, ne répond pas quand on lui dit bonjour ou qu’on le remercie… on a l’impression de le déranger quand on lui demande une boisson !
