stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing time. the beds were comfortable. room was clean and modern. beach was outstanding as well as the pools/restaurants. only bad part would be that the restaurants have a somewhat limited menu but there are nearby walkable distance local restaurants like the surf club

Nice hotel, bar, food, staff and ok facilities. Too many tightly packed sunbeds on site and not sufficient for the amount of guests staying in the hotel. That is the only thing that was disappointing overall. Too busy

Pros: Excellent pizza and exceptional restaurant and housekeeping staff.
Cons: Some check-in staff were rude to Thai citizens, including the elderly, and could not assist in Thai. All check-in staff should have basic Thai language skills to better support local citizens. Respectfully, please ensure Thai-level customer service is consistently provided to all guests. Thank you 🙏
