We weren't using what the hotel had to offer, we were mostly away for day trips
our room was nice and clean and for us the highlight of our interaction with the hotel is most certainly the staff
Sam was very nice, he helped us a lot with our day trips and the rest of the staff was super nice aswell.
Pool is nice, gym was nice too

It's a HUGE but nice resort if you like a crowded place with hundreds of guests all day in and out. My problem was that we wanted two twin beds and we picked that option but when we got to the hotel they gave us one KING bed and said this is it, they cannot guarantee if you pick anything. This is an issue because they cannot just make two people sleep in the same bed if they want separate beds. Don't offer that option then! The breakfast was great though.
