Well laid out into adult only and family areas. Great clean resort. Breakfast was excellent. The beach goes on for miles and is practically empty!
It’s a 90 min drive from Phuket airport - the taxi collection area at the airport is not obvious and caused a few delays locating our rental company stand.

Beautiful gardens and the swimming pools are architecturally attractive. Good location with several restaurants nearby for dinner on the beach. Our room was like a honeymoon suite and it was just a regular room!

A really well run German hotel on one of the best beaches in the area. Excellent food, with very nice touches. Very helpful staff. I loved the Spa pool with its shady pavilion particularly, and the lovely planting along some of the paths.

Generally a nice location with staff being friendly and welcoming.
A special Thank you to Sr. Manager Sammy who professionally assisted us when attempting to book F&B venues.
Lots of communication issues; from restaurant bookings to check out and billing.
Facilities would benefit from renovations (a bit dated) and the staff from more a more organized approach to managing daily ops.
