Great location, beautiful garden, competitive price.

Perfect location for the theatre - a 5 minute stress away. Very smart and clean bit also old fashioned - proper keys and key fobs!

Breakfast was industry standard - could have been anywhere. Coffee was good though.

very good vlaue for a Hotel in the city of Lausanne

One of the few afforadble hotels in the city of lausanne, this property was split into two differnet, but linked building, with a slightly confusing layout. The decor was surley very fashionable, once, but this seems to be quite a few years in the past. Nevertheless, the Rooms vere nice, with a decent sized bathroom. It had most of the ameneties one comes to expect in a Swiss Hotel. The breakfast was plentiful, however, the quality of the products on offer was a little on the "value" side of things.

The ageing decor and the fact that some items at the breakfast were a little on the value side of things, however, taking into account the overall price of the stay, it has to be said that one is not allowed to complain, as this hotel is for sure very good value for your money.

Pretty clean and tidy

No kettle For Coffee in rooms. Shower head maximum raise limit was 5foot. Have to bend down to get under shower

Loved it

Staff were amazing, very helpful, the room is great, beds and pillow were so comfy, slept really well there, shower is a bit small, location is perfect and well connected to many nice areas, it's too bad they didn't not have a terrace and breakfast looked a bit poor from far (this is why i chose to opt it out and not pay for it).

Breakfast option is poor in my opinion, would be good to at least include eggs, tomato, cucumber, yogurt, porridge, oatmeal, almond milk.

Big, spacious room. Clean enough- but it could be improved. Good position as it is relatively closely to the center but in a silent area. Bus stops only a few mins away from the hotel

I choose Tulip Inn because of its underground parking and the good connection with bus to centre.

Breakfast was excellent with a sufficiently broad choice. WiFi worked smoothly on laptop as well as on smartphone.

Superb

The room was very clean and the employees are very helpful. Breakfast was also nice and the employee at the breakfast (Gasper or Kacper - not sure how to spell his name) was very friendly and did a very good job in serving the guests.

The bed is a bit too small for 1 person and the pillow is too big in comparison

Great for work trip, going to Beaulieu conference centre

Used this hotel as it was close to the Beaulieu conference centre and it was perfect as a base for the conference. The concierges were great and made me feel very welcome, which is important when you've landed very late in a foreign country. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. There was a little garden filled with tulips which was lovely. I had a garden room and it was very quiet.

The shower head is very low. I wish there was a kettle or coffee maker in the room. There was no complimentary shampoo in the bathroom.

Very satisfied overall by the staff, the facilities generally and cleanliness. Good location, it has very easy access with public transport with relatively high frequency. Not very close to the train station, but still not too far to go on foot if one doesn't carry too heavy luggage. It's in a quiet neighborhood, with a satisfying range of shops. Also, several restaurants and bars are in close enough distance to go easily on foot.

The pillows where uncomfortable to both of us in the room and the room was quite warm. I don't know the internal capabilities of resolving the second because we just opened the window since the weather permitted it and we stayed only 2 nights.

Comfortable. We could reach down town with the bus jus 3 min walk from hotel .

The people at the reception was friendly all the time, gave us good information and help every time. The bathroom and shower were very good.the offer for a small breakfast is a great idea.

The pillows on the bed were not comfortable, to soft.
